Mount Hermon Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Music Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead congregational singing during Sunday worship.
• Work with staff and volunteers to plan appropriate worship music including a mix
• Recruit volunteers (soloists, small ensembles, or choir) or personally provide special music in weekly worship.

Expectations:

• Works under the supervision of the pastor and collaborates with staff and volunteers.
• Present in weekly Sunday worship with the exception of sickness or vacation.
• Is present on-site at least one additional time during the week for planning, meeting, and rehearsals as needed.

Compensation is $150 per week.
