On April 14, 2024 Mount Hermon Baptist Church members voted to call Rev. Jay Lynn as our next full-time pastor based on the recommendation of the Pastor Search Team.

Jay comes to us with a broad and diverse set of skills and experiences in and out of professional ministry. He is married to Jill, who currently serves as the Executive Director of Woodlake United Methodist Church. They have four children, Maeve, Katherine, Hilde, and Sam, ages 19 to 24.
