Building & Facilities Use Guidelines For Church Members

The following is a guideline for use of the church facilities for such events as:

  • Anniversary
  • Wedding Rehearsal Dinner
  • Wedding
  • Wedding Reception
  • Bridal Shower
  • Baby Shower
  • Birthday Party
  • Family Gathering
  • Birthday Party
  • Family Gathering
  • Meal Following a funeral (no deposit or free required)

 

Fees:

  • Freewill offerings are accepted to contribute to cost of operating expenses.
  • Those who use the facilities are asked to ensure the facilities are clean when they leave, and items are put back where they were found.
  • An operator for audio/ visual equipment will need to be set up separately from rental and may depend on availability of a knowledgeable user.        

Other notes:

The pastor / church staff designee in absence may approve or disapprove the coming of guest ministers and religious groups to the church.

The following is a guideline for use of the church facilities for such events as:

  • Anniversary
  • Wedding Rehearsal Dinner
  • Wedding
  • Wedding Reception
  • Bridal Shower
  • Baby Shower
  • Birthday Party
  • Family Gathering
  • Birthday Party
  • Family Gathering
  • Meal Following a funeral (no deposit or free required)

 

  • Fees
  • Worship Center $350
  • Chapel $250
  • Main Kitchen $100
  • Double Classroom $75
  • Pavilion/ Playground $75
  • Sound System $50 for use of system

$50/ hour for MHBC to operate

Custodial Fee - $100 for the use of

- Worship Center

- Chapel

- Main Kitchen

- Educational Building Kitchen/ Suite

        $75.00 for the pavilion (users must put up tables & chairs)

$50 for the double classroom

$25.00 for use of tables and chairs reserved for non-church events not taking place on church grounds. Those who use the facilities are asked to ensure the facilities are clean when they leave, and items are put back where they were found.
Non-members will not be allowed to use tables and chairs outside the building.

Deposit: Full amount due on reservation, if less than $100.
$100 deposit required for any amount over $100.
